About

“A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects.” ~ Robert Anson Heinlein
This, and the short story “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty” written by James Thurber, are the primary inspirations for this blog.
In the 2013 film version of the classic short story, the main character attempts, then learns to live life by the ABC’s (adventurous, brave, creative). Thus making him noteworthy, by the end of the film.
Boom.
So, that’s what I’m doing. Taking chances and going into the unknown. Recording stories of others who are living noteworthy. Sharing them. Providing inspiration for others to do the same.
This as well as sharing ideas that don’t include your mobile devices, or evolving into a potato, to binge watch a television show.
Life is now, so why not live it the way we want to?
Here we go:
Living Noteworthy.
